1) Where we ship

  • India: We ship pan-India to serviceable PIN codes via trusted courier partners.
  • International:We currently do not ship outside India.

2) Processing & dispatch time

  • Order processing: 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat, excluding public holidays).
  • Cut-off: Orders placed after 12:00 noon IST process the next business day.
  • Made-to-order / out-of-stock: We’ll notify you by email/SMS with revised timelines or options to cancel.

3) Delivery timelines (after dispatch)

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days
  • Non-metro / remote: 4–7 business days

Timelines are estimates. Weather, strikes, festivals, or courier constraints may cause delays.

4) Shipping fees & free shipping

  • Standard shipping (India):49–99 per order (rate varies by weight/PIN)
  • Free shipping: on prepaid orders above ₹99
  • COD handling fee:49

5) Order tracking

  • You’ll receive a tracking link by email/SMS once the order is dispatched.
  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to show movement after label creation.

6) Address accuracy & changes

  • Please ensure your full address, PIN code, and phone are correct at checkout.
  • Address changes are possible before dispatch only. Write to info@jamirazaherbal.com with the subject “Address Change – Order #[number]”.

7) Delivery attempts & undeliverable packages

  • Couriers usually make 1–3 attempts. If undelivered due to incorrect address, unreachable phone, or refusal, the parcel may return to us.
  • Re-shipping can be arranged; actual courier charges may apply.

8) Damaged, leaked, or missing items

Please inspect on delivery. If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect item:

  1. Email info@jamirazaherbal.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share order number, parcel photos (outer box, inner packing, label), and product photos/video.
  3. After review, we will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Return Policy.

9) Delays beyond our control

Delivery delays due to courier issues, weather, lockdowns, or force majeure are outside our control. We will assist with courier follow-ups and keep you informed.

10) Packaging & partial shipments

  • Orders are packed in tamper-evident, protective packaging.
  • We may split large orders into multiple parcels; you’ll receive separate tracking links.

11) Cash on delivery (COD) [if enabled]

  • COD available on select PIN codes and order values up to ₹2,999.
  • Courier may call before delivery; please keep exact cash ready.
  • Repeated COD refusals may limit future COD availability for your account.

12) Lost shipments

If tracking shows no movement for 7+ days or delivered but not received, contact us within 72 hours. We will raise a ticket with the courier. Resolution (replacement/refund) will be provided after the courier’s investigation is complete.

13) Order cancellations

  • You can cancel before dispatch by emailing info@jamirazaherbal.com.
  • Once dispatched, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for guidance.
