1. Summary
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can return products, request replacements, or obtain refunds from Jami Raza Herbal Pvt. Ltd. Please read carefully — because many of our products are consumables, some returns are limited for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Eligibility — time limits & condition
- Damaged / Defective on arrival: Report within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos and order number. We will inspect and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
- Unopened & unused products: Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if the product is in original, resalable condition (sealed, unopened, with original packaging and accessories).
- Opened, used, or consumable products: Generally not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety. Exceptions only if there is a defect, damage or incorrect item on arrival — in which case report within 7 days with photos.
- Non-returnable items: Gift cards, special promotional items marked “non-returnable”, and perishable items are not eligible for return unless faulty on arrival.
3. How to request a return or refund
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Order number and date of purchase
- Product name(s) and quantity to return
- Clear photos showing the product, packaging, and any damage/defect (if applicable)
- Preferred resolution (replacement / refund / exchange)
- Our customer support team will respond within 48 business hours with a return authorization and next steps. Do not ship a return item before receiving return authorization.
- Once authorized, pack the item securely in original packaging (if available) and send it to the return address provided in the return authorization email — OR the company’s registered returns address below if instructed.

4. Return shipping costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged or defective product), we will pay the return shipping cost or arrange a pickup and provide a prepaid label.
- If you request a return for reasons other than our error (change of mind, ordered wrong product), you are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. We recommend using a trackable courier for returns — we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
5. Inspection & approval
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. We will check the item(s) to verify the reported issue and the return condition.
- If the return is approved, we will communicate the approved resolution (refund, replacement or exchange).
- If the item is not returned in an acceptable condition (e.g., used, missing parts, or packaging damaged) we may refuse the return or apply a restocking/handling fee, or return the item to you at your cost.
6. Refund method & timing
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (for example: Razorpay/credit card/bank used at purchase).
- Please allow up to 7–14 business days from the date we approve the refund for funds to appear in your account — actual timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
- If you paid COD (cash on delivery) and a refund is approved, we will refund via bank transfer or store credit after verifying bank details (we will contact you for details).
7. Replacements & exchanges
- If a replacement is available for a defective or incorrect item, we will ship the replacement at no extra cost once we receive or inspect the returned item (or, if agreed, we may ship a replacement immediately and request return of the original).
- Exchanges for a different product are subject to stock availability. If the replacement product costs more, we will request payment of the difference; if it is cheaper, we will refund the price difference.
8. Partial refunds & restocking fees
We may issue partial refunds in the following circumstances:
- Item returned with missing parts, accessories or not in original condition.
- Product returned after the eligible period (only at our discretion).
- Restocking or handling fees may apply if an item is returned opened or in a non-resalable condition — we will advise you of any fees before completing the refund.
9. Faulty products & proof
For claims of faulty or damaged goods, please include clear photographs and supporting evidence (packaging damage, photos of damage, video if useful). This helps us process your claim quickly. We may request additional information or the return of the defective product for quality review.
10. Cancellations & pre-dispatch changes
- You may cancel an order before it is dispatched. Email info@jamirazaherbal.com with your order number and cancellation request as soon as possible.
- If the order has already been dispatched, you may return unopened items using the standard returns process.
11. Refunds due to shipping loss
If your shipment is lost in transit, please notify us immediately. We will work with the shipping provider to locate the package. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund once our investigation is complete.

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights.
