4. Product information & pricing

a. We make every effort to display product information (descriptions, images, pricing) accurately. However, slight variations in color, size, or packaging may occur.
b. All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST where applicable unless specified otherwise. Shipping, handling and other fees (if any) are shown at checkout.
c. If an error in pricing occurs (for example, a typographical or system error), we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for the product(s) listed at the incorrect price, even after order confirmation, and to refund any amounts already paid.

5. Orders and acceptance

a. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase which we may accept or decline. Acceptance occurs when we send you an order confirmation email.
b. We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (for example, due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or logistical constraints). We will inform you and refund any amounts paid where applicable.
c. For subscription or recurring orders (if offered), you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method periodically as described at checkout.

6. Payment

a. We process payments securely using third-party payment processors. Currently we use Razorpay via WooCommerce; we may add or change payment providers in the future.
b. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Payment details are processed by the payment gateway in accordance with their terms and security practices. Any disputes about payments should in the first instance be directed to us at info@jamirazaherbal.com and we will assist you.
c. Refunds (when applicable) will be processed to the original payment method via the payment provider. Processing times depend on the provider and bank.

7. Shipping, delivery & risk

a. Delivery timelines are estimates only and start from the date of dispatch. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, or other factors outside our control.
b. Title and risk in the products transfer to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provided. Please inspect goods on delivery and notify us immediately of any shortage, damage, or defects.
c. Shipping charges and policies will be displayed at checkout. For any international shipping (if offered), customs duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

8. Cancellations, returns & refunds

Important: Because many of our products are consumables and for hygiene reasons, our returns rules differ for opened and unopened items. Summary:

  • Damaged / defective items: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@jamirazaherbal.com with photos and order details. We will assess and, where approved, offer a replacement or refund.
  • Unopened, unused products: Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery where the product is in original, resalable condition (subject to inspection). Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to our error.
  • Opened / used consumables or perishable items: Generally not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons, unless they are defective or damaged on arrival.
  • Order cancellation: You may cancel an order prior to dispatch. Once the order is dispatched we cannot cancel it, but you may return an unopened item subject to the above policy.
  • Refunds: When a refund is approved, we will process it via the original payment method. Refund timing depends on the payment processor and your bank.

If you need to raise a return, please email info@jamirazaherbal.com with your order number, photos, and issue details. We may require additional information to process the claim.
